In the case of mechanical damage or non-functioning parts of a product, you can contact us with a brief description of the issue, and our technical department will schedule a pick-up date with you so that we can assess the problem.

Upon inspection of your product, we will inform you of when the issue would be resolved so that we can deliver it back to you in ideal working condition.

In the unlikely event of the issue being unfixable, you can replace your purchased product with anything of equal value. If there’s a value difference, you can pay the extra amount, or retain the difference in store credit if its value is less than your new chosen item.
